Sandeep Parihar has more than 15 years experience in the fitness industry which includes various sports,education and training of athletes; he has been training a vide spectrum of athletes, Pro's and people interested in sports fitness. His specialty includes functional training, body weight training, isometric and high intensity training , yoga and meditation.
As a fitness trainer he is committed to get sports men to the next level in their fitness by over all mind body conditioning and reducing their risk of sports related injuries, this helps in an overall improved outcomes in their dedicated endeavour.
Currently working with professional golfer like Shubhankar Sharma (Arjuna award winner ,Asia rank no 1 ) Amardip Malik , Sudhir Sharma ,Aditya Rajkumar Singh Chauhan ,Arjun Sharma ,Abhijeet chadha .
